Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver the freshest flowers to our customers on their requested day. Deliveries are made by our fleet within Singapore.

Morning delivery (9:30 AM to 12 PM) orders can be placed up until 8 AM on the day of delivery from Monday to Saturday.

Afternoon delivery (1 PM to 4:30 PM) orders can be placed up until 1 PM on the day of delivery from Monday to Friday.

Please note that Saturday only has morning delivery available.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be $7.50 on all deliveries. 

Self-Collection Policy

Self-collection is an option from our warehouse between 8 AM and 3 PM from Monday to Friday, and from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Saturdays. If an order is not collected within this time, we reserve the right to cancel it.

Claims and Adjustments Policy

Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 8 hours of receiving the product. We will assess the situation, and if approved, a credit for the damaged goods will be applied to your account.

If the damage is minor and the goods can still be used, we reserve the right to deny the claim. All claims are subject to our approval.

Risk and Title

The risk of loss and title for orders pass to the buyer upon our delivery of the merchandise to the provided delivery address.

Exceptions

We cannot take responsibility for delivery disruptions or delays due to:

Forces of nature beyond our control

Local transportation disruptions

Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

Unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient not being present at the specified delivery time and location

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 days of the order placement. We reserve the right to forfeit deposits on cancelled orders that do not meet this timeframe.

Return Policy

Returns are managed on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered for credit, all products must be returned to us. We will not issue any credits for merchandise that hasn’t been returned. In specific circumstances, we may allow customers to submit pictures of the damaged product, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Processing returns may take up to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product only. DELIVERY CHARGES CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
